  • This webinar will include discussions about the importance of social connectedness across the LGBTIQ+ community, and will offer practical insights on staying connected over the holiday period.

This webinar highlights insights from two GLBT Rights in Ageing (GRAI) research pieces, examining loneliness and quality-of-life outcomes for LGBT+ people aged 50 and over. It also showcases intergenerational initiatives that build meaningful connections between younger and older LGBTIQA+ people, with the Pride Housing Project, which links students seeking safe accommodation with older community members offering housing.

We will also hear from Silver Pride Advocacy Network members on the demonstrated benefits of structured group social activities in strengthening wellbeing and community connection.

Whether you're a health professional, community advocate, policy-maker or lived experience leader, this webinar offers insights into supporting LGBTI+ people across the lifecourse.

Don't miss this opportunity to be part of the conversation.
