Out with cancer - Webinar

LGBTIQ+ people with cancer have been described as an invisible diversity in cancer care.  The ‘Out with Cancer’ study is a three-year project focused on understand LGBTI people’s experiences of cancer and cancer care. In this webinar, join Professor Jane Ussher from the ‘Out with Cancer’ Study, and a panel of LGBTQI+ people with lived experiences, to discuss preliminary study findings, including photo-voice, interview and survey results.

We're so proud that our very own Charlie Willbridge, National Mindout Program Coordinator, has been named by Life in Mind as a Life In Mind champion! They share some insights on the National Communications Charter (The Charter) and what it means to be part of the Champions Group leading its dissemination here.

"Being a Champion and promoting The Charter provides me with a great opportunity to ensure LGBTI people and communities are represented as we work together to reduce stigma, embed inclusive language and reduce suicides in Australia."
