LGBTIQ+ Health Australia Strategic Plan 2024-2029LGBTIQ+ Health Australia (LHA), founded in 2010, is the national peak body for LGBTIQ+ health and wellbeing.

LHA members contribute a wealth of diverse expertise, capabilities, and capacities to the organisation. Together, we serve as a formidable and trusted voice.

LHA is guided by four foundational pillars of work: policy and influence, member engagement and support, partnerships and collaboration, and the national facilitation of capacity
building programs 

Our Strategic Plan 2024-2029 provides a cohesive national approach to LGBTIQ+ health and outlines our ambitions for strong national peak for LGBTIQ+ health across Australia.

Together we can improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.

ABOUT LGBTIQ+ Health Australia
LGBTIQ+ Health Australia, (formerly the National LGBTI Health Alliance), is the national peak health organisation in Australia for organisations and individuals that provide health-related programs, services and research focused on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer people and other sexuality, gender and bodily diverse (LGBTIQ+) people and communities. Dropping the “+” from our name only occurs within digital formats that do not allow mathematical symbols, such as within our domain name, handles and hashtags.
