For organisations wanting to support existing staff who may be LGBTI+ with disability, the resources under Pillar 4 includes a form your organisation can use to facilitate staff’s access and adjustments, an index of common access requirements, adjustments and financial support available to employers, and a guide to hosting accessible workplace events including workplace social events that make your LGBTI+ staff with disability feel valued and included.
