LGBTIQ+ Health Australia (LHA) is the national peak health organisation in Australia for organisations and individuals that provide health-related programs, services and research focused on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex people and other sexuality, gender and bodily diverse people and communities.
LHA has a passionate and experienced staff team, working with legislators, policymakers, and service providers to assist them understand and address the needs of LGBTIQ+ people and communities.

Ageing and Aged Care Program Lead
LHA is in search of a program lead to oversee the strategic planning, development and implementation of an exciting diversity and inclusion program. The program aims at raising awareness and building the capacity of aged care service providers to better support LGBTIQ+ older people. The Ageing in Aged Care program encompasses a variety of activities, including resource development, workforce training, engaging with key stakeholders and building strategic partnerships.
Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Manager
The Mental Health and Suicide Prevention Manager is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the Mindout program. Mindout develops and delivers activities aimed at preventing suicide and improving the mental health and wellbeing outcomes of LGBTIQ+ populations. The core focus of this role is to ensure that LGBTIQ+ Health Australia's (LHA) mental health and suicide prevention programs are delivered to the highest standard and are guided by current research and models of best practice. As a peak body, LHA is not a direct service or program provider. LHA works with partners across Australia to deliver programs and initiatives with LHA providing high level national coordination. This role requires demonstrated program and partnership management experience.
