Full membership (voting) is offered to funded, incorporated not-for-profit community-controlled LGBTIQ+ health organisations whose sole business is promoting the health and wellbeing of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex people (to one or more groups) by delivering health and wellbeing services and programs either within a jurisdiction or nationally.
