LGBTIQ+ Health Australia is seeking an Evaluation Recommendation-Implementation Consultant to assist QLife in the implementation of recommendations from its 2019-2021 evaluation.
QLife provides Australia-wide anonymous, LGBTIQ+ peer support and referral for people wanting to talk about a range of issues including sexuality, identity, gender, bodies, feelings or relationships. LGBTIQ+ Health Australia (LHA) conducted an evaluation in October 2021 for the period June 2019-June 2021. This was provided to the Department of Social Services and contains a number of key recommendations related to service improvement, particularly in relation to improving data input, and liaising with partner sites to develop an improved practice model that responds to the needs of service users, partner sites, and peer supporters.
If you have detailed knowledge of digital mental health service delivery and the ability to undertake work related to the evaluation recommendations including advising on areas to be updated by relevant staff, then we invite you to send us an expression of interest to Amelia Trinick, Manager, Mental Health and Suicide Prevention by 15 December 2021, including a project proposal with methodologies you would employ to undertake this task.
