Health in Difference is Australia’s premier conference on the health and wellbeing of lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, intersex, queer and sexuality, gender, and bodily diverse people and communities throughout Australia.

The 2021 Health in Difference Conference Communique includes specific actions within the following areas:
- Effective data, research and policy
- Action on major health disparities
- Self-determined and community-controlled solutions
- National reform for best practice
